Support Policies
If you should require technical support for your business connection or services,
please follow these procedures in order for us to respond as quickly as possible:
Normal Business Hours
Monday through Friday
8:30am until 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (Except holidays)
Normal Business Hours Procedure
Contact our local office directly at 850.222.0229 and ask for tech support to open
a trouble ticket. If the problem is a result of our network, you will not be billed.
If the problem is not a result of our network, you will be billed in quarter-hour
increments at $125.00/hour.
After Hours
Monday through Thursday 5:01pm to 8:29am;
Friday 5:01pm until Monday 8:29am Eastern Standard Time

- Independance Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
After Hours & Holidays Procedure
Contact our after-hours answering service at 850.222.0229 or 850.205.1234 and the
on-call technician will return your call. If the problem is not a result of our
network you will be billed in half hour increments at $200.00/hour.
